I am Ian Marchinton, a first-year Epidemiology doctoral student at UNMC with a background in public health. My core interests are infectious diseases, applied and theoretical epidemiology, and the molecular ecology of pathogens. I have a background primarily focused in academic analysis, and I hope to explore the field of molecular epidemiology even more at the Fauver lab during my time here.
